Owners /Landlords /Realtors/Development companies/ Property agents rules:

You are entering into an agreement with NPLSonline.com website and Bibi Ventures Inc. and you acknowledge and accept the following rules:

(1) You are legally authorized to rent/sell the property you are listing and are of legal age, and capable of forming a legal binding contract.

(2)You agree that all information supplied to NPLSonline.com website and Bibi Ventures Inc. are to the best of your knowledge to be complete and true.

(2.1) You will update/maintain your user profile to keep all information current and correct.

(2.2) You will not assign, share or transfer your user profile, including user name and password with anyone.

(2.3) You will create only one user profile on NPLSonline.com website

(3) You will not abuse the privileges of this website. NPLSonline.com website and Bibi Ventures Inc reserves the right to block all IP addresses found abusing this site.

(4)You agree to post legitimate pictures and descriptions of properties available for rent. In the case nplonline.com or Bibi Ventures Inc receives too many complaints about false advertising; we reserve the right to delete your listing.

(5.1) Licensed Agents: If you are a licensed real estate agent and you state this in your listing. You must have completed all real estate licensing regulatory requirements for your state /country in which you practice

(5.2) You agree to supply nplsonline.com and Bibi Ventures Inc. with proof of the license upon written or verbal request.

(5.3) You will not use NPLSonline.com website directly or indirectly obtain information about

other real estate agents, or the services they may offer and fees they may charge.

(5.4) You will not submit information or offer services for which you are not licensed or permitted by law in the state or country you practice to provide or perform. Further, you will not offer services which you do not perform or which you do not intend to provide.

(6) You will not take any action that in any way will undermine NPLSonline.com website and Bibi Ventures Inc or cause the site, or any of its affiliates to be in violation of any applicable law

(7) PICTURES:

Nplsonline.com and Bibi Ventures inc believe in listings with pictures is reflected in the slogan “ A picture is worth a thousand words”

You will agree to post pictures of the properties within a reasonable time to your listings.

(7.1) HOMES:

You agree to provide at least 4-12 pictures of the home. A picture of the following areas is required: front, back, living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, each bathroom, garage, pool /backyard.

(7.2) OFFICE BUILDINGS:

You agree to provide at least 4-12 pictures of the building. A picture showing the front of the building, lobby/reception area, and 1 picture of the inside unit and a lay out plan if possible.
(7.3) ESTATES/NEW DEVELOPMENTS

You agree to provide at least 4-12 pictures of each building or prototype in the estate being listed.. Site lay out and amenities and utilities in the area.

Please provide enough pictures so that the potential tenant/buyer gets a good idea of the home/building/estate. Most potential renters and buyers are not local. Having detailed pictures will help you rent/sell the property faster.

(8) You will not use NPLSonline.com and Bibi Ventures Inc to impersonate another individual or company, or communicate under a false name that you do not have authorization to use.

(9) NPLSonline.com and Bibi Ventures Inc.com reserves the right to terminate its agreement with any real estate agent or broker Owner /Landlord /Realtor/Development company/ Property agent at anytime, for any reason without notice.

(9.1) You recognize that fraudulent usage of any service provided by NPLSonline.com website and Bibi Ventures Inc. service may subject you to liability.

GENERAL: These terms of use constitute the entire agreement between you and NPLSonline.com and Bibi Ventures Inc. with respect to the Service, and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements related to the Service between you and NPLSonline.com and Bibi Ventures Ltd (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of these terms of use). You may be subject to additional terms and conditions when you use affiliate or other NPLSonline.com and Bibi Ventures Inc. services, third-party content or third-party software. The failure of NPLSonlin.com and Bibi Ventures Inc. to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms of use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. In the event inconsistencies exist between these Terms and any future published Terms or understanding, the last published Terms shall prevail.
