Q 1.2: Do I have to give my name or email address to use NPLSonline.com? A 1.2: No. Our site is easy to use .You do not have to register. When you see a property you are interested in you contact the owner or property practitioner directly. We do not collect any of your information and do not bother you with unsolicited emails. Q 1.5: What areas of of Nigeria does NPLSonline.com cover? A 1.5. We cover all the 36 states in Nigeria as well as the federal capital territory Abuja .We are only an advertising service. We do not own any of the properties advertised .We carry the ads that are placed by owners and property practitioners of the properties they have avalible for rent / for sale in any area /state in Nigeria. There are 2 main types of memberships avaliable on NPLSonline.com.You can register as a Private seller if you are only going to be listing 1,2 or 3 properties at a time.If you will be listing more than 10 properties at a time we have Membership packages that you can register with that will give you the advantage of lower rates as bulk discount prices for the packages have been put into consideration in pricing membership packages. Q 2.3: What are the differences in the type of accounts? A 2.3: The main differences between the different type of accounts are the type of persons listing the properties and the pricing of the accounts.Private sellers and Owners have the opportunity to list their properties for free for an un renewable term of 7 days only.They will pay different costs per listing under 3 different plans of Deluxe,Value and Premium plans for a 30,60 or 90 day ad and listing with 4,8 or 12 pictures. Under the Membership plan there are 3 different packages. Only a licensed Real Estate agent or a Property Developer/Real Estate company can sign up for packages.The packages are discounted prices for listings of 10,30,50 or 1000 listing s for periods of 30,60 or 90 days.( Back to Top)

Q 2.4 How do I post a new ad/list a new property?
A 2.4 Placing a new ad /listing a new property is quick and simple. Follow these steps:
1.Click on Place Your Ad. 2. If you are a new user, you will need to register for an account. Registering is simple.You will need to create an account as a private seller ( if you intens to list under 10 properties or sign up for a membership package (which has discounts for real estate practitioners) if you will be listing more then 10 properties.Then you just enter in your information and click on"Submit Information". Existing users, you will just need to Log-in.
3. After you Log-in, you will be taken to the "My Listings" page. Here you will need to click on the "Place New Ad" link at the top of the page. This will take you to the contact information page for the ad.
4.Check the Contact Information to make sure that it is correct, as this will be the information that appears in the contact section of the ad. Below the Contact Information, select the Ad Category and then select the State. Click "Next" to go to the Ad Information page.
5. On the Ad Information page, fill out the information for the property. When you are finished, click on the "Preview Ad" button at the bottom of the page. This will take you to the Ad Preview page.
6. On the Ad Preview page, if the information is correct, you can click the "Add Photos" button to add photos (information to add photos will be on that page) or click "Continue" to add photo .
7 If you are finished click the "Submit" button. A receipt for the ad(s) will be emailed to you. You can view your ad(s) by clicking on the "My Ads" link at the top of the page. Q 2.6: How do I modify or renew my ad?
A 2.6: You can now easily edit, renew your ads in real-time with our new My Account! Everything now can be done from My Account. Log in to your account. You will be on My Account and in your My Ads page listing all of your active and not-acitve ads.To edit an ad: In the right column labeled Active you will see an Edit Ad button on the line of the ad. Simply make any changes and click the Save button on the bottom of the ad. That's it. To renew an active ad: Find the ad in the active ad listings. On the row of the ad in the Current Status column, press the Renew Ad button. This will place the ad in your shopping cart of top of the page. Continue renewing or placing new ads. When finished return to your shopping cart and press Checkout, then Submit. Q 2.7: How do I make an ad inactive or delete it?
A 2.7: Ads that expire without being renewed, will become not-active ads. They will not appear in the public listings any longer but are accessible from "Your Ads" in your account. To activate a not-active ad, locate the ad in the not-active section of My Ads and click the button "Activate" on the same row as the ad. This will place the ad in your shopping cart at the top of the page. You may continue with the check out and payment or active or place another ad which will be placed in your shopping cart. Q 2.9: How can I pay for my ad? A 2.9: We try to make the system as simple as possible. However we understand that due to the present situation in NIgeria some people may not have access to on line payment system via international credit card facilities and therefore can not make payment on line.
Simply walk into any of our designated banks and pay the amount in naira stated in our ad /membership account rates into our naira account and obtain a payment confirmation recieipt.You will then send a payment notification e-mail to us at payment@nplsonline.com with the listing number,account opening information/posting request you paid for.Your account will be opened /your posting will be effective within 24-72 hours of our confirmation of your payment and a notification e-mail sent to your designated e-mail address.( Back to Top)

A 2.10: After you have created your listing/account and a payment has been demanded from you by the system simply send a request for on line payment information to ccpayment@nplsonline.com and include the the listing number of the ad/account opening information/posting request.We will then send you via response e-mail a payment advice information with our banking information and/link to our pay pal account to enable you pay for your listing/account with a major credit card directly to our account or via Pay pal.Your account will be opened/your posting will be effective within 12-24 hours of your on line payment and a notification e-mail will be sent to your designated e-mail address. Q 2.11:What do I do if I cannot take or upload my pictures on line by myself?
A 2.11: If you cannot take the pictures by yourself we have professional photograher services avaliable for some selected areas and you can contact us to assist you in taking the pictures of your property. please read the Professional photograher section for more information. If you already have the pictures but are having trouble uploading them. Check that they are in the proper format and the size is not too large.The system only accepts JPG and JPEG format. If you have checked this and this is not the problem yet you are still are having problems uploading the pictures.You will simply send an e-mail for each posting to us at adverts@nplsonline.com and attach a completed posting form and all your property pictures as an attachment to the e-mail. You will need to include the payment number for the advert in the e-mail for either payment made on line or in a local designated bank in Nigeria. Postings will be put up within 48-72 hours of verification of payment and a notification e-mail sent to your designated e-mail box.
