Professional Photographer services:
If you do not have a digital camera OR you would prefer the pictures of your property to be taken by a professional OR you are uncomfortable uploading pictures to your listing, you may request for we also offer a service in which we come out and take the digital photos of your property for you and place them on your listing on our web site.At the completion of the job we will also deliver to you copies of the pictures taken for you in a CD format.

Service currently available in Lagos only, Very soon we shall be able to provide service in other areas.

Price Of Service:
We charge N2, 500 for every house / building regardless of the listing package signed up. We however take a minimum of 2 houses/buildings within 10 miles radius of each other per request form.5,000.00 minimum per order form

This digital photo service is only available at this present time in Lagos state only. We are working on making this service available in the FCT Abuja and other states shortly.

You fill out the digital photos order form on line and input details of the in bank payment OR you may download the digital order form and take the in bank payment receipt and information into our office in Lagos or fax it to us. If you cannot download a form there are forms in the Lagos office you can fill out and include the in bank payment receipt information.

PAYMENT FOR SERVICE:
You can pay with your credit/debit card on line and also with pay pal.Please visit our Payment for Services page for more details on payments. An e-mail will be sent to your box confirming the order and a receipt of payment will be dispatched to you along with the digital copies of the 4-20 photos taken of each of your properties and we shall upload the number of pictures as per the requirements of your listings to your property listings within 5-7 business days of the receipt of your payment

Security:
If you have particular items you do not wish to be shown in the pictures these can be cropped out if required.
